Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
WFOND is a trading name of WFOND LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17225907), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. 2. Products
Every WFOND piece is handmade from vintage Chongming Tubu (handwoven cotton). Most pieces are one of a kind: the exact fabric pattern of the item you receive matches the photographs for that listing, but small variations are inherent to handcraft and vintage cloth, and are not defects.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds; if an item sells out in the moment between checkout and payment, we automatically refund you in full.
4. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is £3.50 and free on orders over £30, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days from dispatch.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us in writing atjiasanchuan@gmail.com within that period, then return the item to us within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition. We refund the full price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof of return). Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. This right does not apply to items personalised to your specification.
6. Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days for a full refund including return postage, as provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond 30 days we will repair or replace where we reasonably can.
7. Member accounts
Creating an account is optional. Signed-in members receive 10% off at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may close accounts used abusively.
8. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
