1. Who we are
WFOND (wfond.uk) is operated by WFOND LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no.17225907), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. 2. What we collect and why
Orders — your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, so we can fulfil your order and meet our legal record-keeping duties (legal basis: contract and legal obligation). Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store them.
Accounts — if you create one: your name, email and a securely hashed password, so you can sign in and receive the member discount (legal basis: contract). Accounts are optional; you can order as a guest.
Site analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not track you across sites.
3. Cookies
We set only essential cookies: a session cookie if you sign in, and the cookies our infrastructure (Cloudflare, Stripe) strictly needs to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner to click.
4. Who we share data with
Only the processors needed to run the shop: Stripe(payments), Cloudflare (hosting, database and image storage) and our delivery carrier (name and address on the parcel). We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax and consumer-protection law requires, then deleted. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to our processing of it — email jiasanchuan@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above; a material change will be highlighted on the site.
